Commonly asked questions by Affiliates and Merchants

1. Does PMG take a revenue share from the affiliate programs that they manage?

ANSWER: No. Paulson Management Group, Inc. does not take a revenue share from the affiliate programs we manage. 100% of the affiliate commission goes to our affiliate partners, which increases the opportunity for your program’s success. Affiliate programs that are managed on a revenue share basis are often riddled with parasites, cookie stuffers, and trademark infringement affiliates, and are fraudulently managed or not managed at all. PMG offers a high level of managed service for the affiliate programs we manage. We do not incentivize our managers or allow them to commit fraud in our affiliate programs as we do not participate as a revenue share partner in our client accounts.

2. Does PMG compete with affiliates as an affiliate in the affiliate programs PMG manages?

ANSWER: No. Paulson Management Group, Inc. does not participate as an affiliate within the affiliate programs we manage. This ensures our affiliates’ marketing intelligence is secure with PMG affiliate managers and our company. PMG will not arbitrage your trademark or brand terms in Google, Yahoo!, Bing, or any other search engines. This removes moral hazard, and ensures a highly ethical precedence for our clients.

3. PMG is based in Colorado. If I work with PMG, does that subject my company to Colorado Nexus laws?

ANSWER: No. PMG does not generate revenue for our merchants through the affiliate program, nor do we take a revenue share. We are not an affiliate so we are not subjecting our merchants to Colorado Nexus laws. Some agencies are subject to the Nexus laws because they act as an affiliate, or take revenue share, and are located in California, New York, or other states with Nexus laws. PMG is an advertising agency, not an affiliate or revenue share partner!

4. Do you have team members or do you outsource your services?

ANSWER:PMG has real team members in our office locations working on your affiliate program. We do not act as an outsource provider for other agencies, nor do we outsource our account managed services to other countries. We highly recommend you check other agencies’ "about us" pages to view the team members they have on staff. If there are 5 team members on their site and 30 plus programs under their management, well, you'll figure it out pretty quickly!

5. What are your monthly management fees for managing our affiliate program?

ANSWER: PMG develops a customized proposal based on your program needs as well as your program budget. PMG can develop a solution that is right for you! Contact PMG today!

6. I am interested in licensing your technology suite, do you allow third party licensing?

ANSWER: No. PMG develops affiliate marketing technologies for the use on our client accounts. We do not license or partner with third parties and keep all client data, affiliate data, and client contact information, as well as other materials private and in-house. 7. I am an affiliate interested in signing up for a few of your affiliate programs, how do I sign up?

ANSWER: Simply go to our affiliate programs page and choose the affiliate program that is right for your marketing style and click on the sign up link for that program. You can get started today and remember after you have signed up for one of our affiliate programs to come back to our PMG CouponFeeder™ and grab coupons from our merchants via RSS or CSV.

8. I am interested in working for PMG, how do I send you my resume?
