Joel Wood Vice President
Mostly recently, Joel worked for Sun Microsystems, Inc. managing lead generation and partner marketing programs. During his tenure he dramatically increased sales and built long-term relationships with key technology partners including Qlogic, McData, Brocade, Symantec, Seagate, Quantum, etc. Prior to that Joel worked at Storage Technology Corp. in the Marketing and Sales departments and helped to drive revenue in the top tier customer accounts, such as Boeing, Home Depot, Best Buy, Frontier Airlines, etc. Joel also has an IT background and managed the technology infrastructure at a rapidly growing financial institution. Through these endeavors he has learned that hard work, dedication and tenacity can yield incredible results.
Clarissa Cutrell Affiliate Communications and Social Media Director
Clarissa has been enamored with the written word since she was a wee tyke of seven and penned her first short story. She hasn’t stopped writing since–though she usually opts for a computer over crayons these days–producing everything from news to poetry. Clarissa honed her journalism chops covering the city news beat for a Texas daily. She later carried those skills with her to Thailand , where she did freelance writing, and worked for the Office of International Affairs at Yonok University, producing recruitment materials and newsletters, editing website content, and teaching an English/Mass Media class.
Kathleen Capparelle – Affiliate Relationship Director
Anticipating entrance into an English Technical Writing BA program with CU Denver, Kat already offers a diverse array of skills and work experience. With over 10 years in customer service, office and retail management she is aware of the unwavering demand for the ability to adapt. Kat is the development director for the super affiliate partners that come into our programs, she ensures that super affiliates have everything they need to get moving quickly with an affiliate program and to earn top paying commissions from the affiliate program we manage.
Amber Brady – Office and Account Manager
Amber Brady is a recent graduate from Colorado University’s Leeds School of Business. She obtained a B.S. in International Business with a minor in Entrepreneurial Environments. While attending school, Amber gained experience working as Project Manager for a Golf Course Development Company where she conducted daily reviews with all managers working on projects to manage scope and mitigate risk on all projects.
Trisha Lyn Fawver Affiliate Director
Trisha burst onto the affiliate marketing scene in 2006 with no shortage of enthusiasm. Quickly turning her passionate desire to learn into actionable items and real results, she lead the way in repairing a neglected affiliate program and establishing it as a top program, all while managing email marketing and other assorted marketing campaigns at PsPrint. Blogging about marketing and social media at TrishaLyn.com has set her apart from the pack and allowed her to gain insight and expertise within the dynamic industry of affiliate marketing. Trisha worked with New Edge Media, a start-up marketing firm, as their Director of Affiliate Marketing, forming strategy and managing affiliate accounts.

Heather has been an online marketer since starting her first web development and design company in 1996.
Ms Paulson in 2006 introduced to the affiliate community ARM (Affiliate relationship management) a process for identifying and grouping affiliates for more streamlined communications within a large affiliate program which she introduced at eComXpo. Ms Paulson identified this process when she held the position of Affiliate Marketing Director at X10 Wireless technologies where in 2005 she increased the companies 3 affiliate network programs into a 300% sales increase with in months of hire, and increased the paid search channels sales by more then 260%.
Heather has years of experience initiating and managing online lead generation, retail sales and CPM e business model strategies for many Fortune 500 e retailers with management experience of media budgets over $20 Million annually. Including the education, finance, retail, beauty, and health verticals. Ms Paulson has worked as a consultant and or contractor on hundreds of e business accounts. Ms Paulson has been in the Affiliate marketing space both as an affiliate as well as an affiliate manager since 1998 and has established many relationships in the affiliate and search industry!
