Heather Paulson Started her career as a web developer, designer and founded EOMI a web development and design company in 1996. From 2005 until 2007 she was previously the Director of marketing services for Partnercentric.com one of the large affiliate management companies with over 50 affiliate programs. PartnerCentric received recognition as one of Promotion Worlds Top 10 SEO companies in the United States with SEO services under the direction of Ms Paulson.

Heather has worked in Paid search since it's inception and has worked as a contractor for the Microsoft iSEM team working on MSN paid search accounts.

Heather has years of experience initiating and managing online lead generation, retail sales and CPM e business model strategies for many Fortune 500 eretailers with management experience of media budgets over $20 Million annually. Ms Paulson has worked as a consultant and or contractor on hundreds of e business accounts.

In 2006 Heather was appointed to the Affiliate Summit advisory board. In 2007 Ms. Paulson was appointed to the advisory board for Affiliate Classroom. in 2007 Ms. Paulson was elected as PPCClassroom.com's education manager.

Ms. Paulson is a Council Member of Gerson Lehrman Group. Heather is the proud recipient of three Golden Web Awards for e-commerce user interface design as well Ms Paulson has also successfully passed the Google Certified professionals examination twice!

Ms. Paulson was featured in the July 2005 issue of Revenue Magazine, and is an active blogger on www.revenews.com, . She is an active presenter concerning search marketing and affiliate marketing strategies at many industry wide events including eComXpo, AffiliateSummit.com and enjoys e-Marketing Association and Ad Tech events.

Jen brings to PMG the bubbly personality and energy it takes to help us facilitate the management of PMG client accounts. She assists us in all front office work as well as facilitates occasional competitive research and intelligence gathering.

Since 1995, Jen has assisted various companies looking for office management and executive assisting. She has overseen office relocations, assisted 9 regional offices for a telecommunications company, real estate marketing, and managed her own marketing business creating client appreciation campaigns.

Steve has over 17 years of sales and marketing experience with the past 11 years focused in online marketing roles driving revenue, customer acquisition, sales leads and brand awareness for leading consumer products companies, E-commerce retailers and venture-backed software startups. 

His Internet adventure began with Starwave, an early pioneer in Internet publishing and advertising that was acquired by Disney.  There he worked with such websites as ESPN.com, ABCNews.com, Disney.com and pro sports league sites like NFL.com and NBA.com.  His mission at the Walt Disney Internet Group was to lead the creative advertising team in developing cutting-edge online advertising programs and promotions for major consumer brands like Budweiser, Coca-Cola, Dell, Ford, Frito-Lay and Microsoft.

After six years, Steve decided to shift his focus to online marketing programs designed to get consumers and small businesses to pull out their credit cards and purchase products and services.  He has served in Director of Marketing roles with X10 Wireless Technology, Entellium and Earth Class Mail -- all fast-paced, results-oriented companies where he gained deep experience in search marketing (SEO/SEM), online advertising, email marketing, affiliate marketing, lead generation, social media, blogging and more.

Renee Has over 30 years experience in multimedia. She was the Executive Producer for “Journey to the Healing Circle,” which recieved an Emmy nomination. Renee started her career in film and video as the Television News/Sports Photographer for KPTV, Portland, Oregon in 1979. Renee was most recently positioned as the Multimedia/Production Manager for the Washington State Department of Information Services (DIS) where she worked from 1997 - 2007.

Renee has years of experience supervising teams of Producers, Directors, Multimedia Developers, Photographers, Editors and Studio Technicians. She is savvy in both remote as well as in studio productions.

She is credited with producing the award winning “Babies are Fragile” PSA which has been televised throughout the United States, and the award winning, “The Future is On Track,” an interactive broadcast.

She is a top consultant concerning webcasting, broadcasting, multimedia, and video production.
